No Rest For The Wicked is a great web comic developed by Andrea. It involves classic Grimm Fairy Tales and other folk lore from that era. I get a kick out of it everytime she's able to update. It's not a million miles off of what we do here at Hector! That's why I think it's important to link up. If not for the simple reason that I'm a big fan. - Luke Perks, Producer
Digger. What can I say? I wonder why she hasn't been picked up by a major motion picture studio. Beware, this is a pay site. It's a cheap price to pay for Ursula's work, however, as I believe it is one of the most refreshingly original web comics alive today. - Luke Perks, Producer
This is Gravity provides a much needed demonology to the proceedings. The pacing is great and the writing is top notch. It smells like Gaiman with a bit of the soul selling power of Kit Marlowe sprinkled on top. I'm not really sure what his schedule is, all I know is that if you're into good stories, you must read this web comic. - Luke Perks and Richard Pulfer, Producer and Writer
Flatwood is a pitch perfect and a pitch black web comic. Think Evil Dead by way of Dante's Inferno. Don't let the toonish style of the webcomic fool you either - this thing's more Stanley Kubrick than Jim Davis. Mixing original style with ominous bite, this webcomic has earned a place at the top of my webcomics list. - Richard Pulfer, Writer
Withershins is , like many gothic novels, written inside a journal. But Withershins takes it a step further, illustrating the journal's torn pages and vivid scrap books into the pages of the web comic itself. The result is an engrossing which not only suppliments the work, but also draws the reader further and further into the mysterious world of Withershins. - Richard Pulfer, Writer

A little bit of "Lost" and a lof laughs, Between Two Worlds has fresh, identifiable characters the audience cares about wrapped up in a thrilling premise. The characters feel a great deal like people I know, or even better, see in the mirror quite frequently. This is made more interesting by the fact that the web comic is originally published in Finnish. If that's not archetypal, I don't know what is. Updates Monday, Wednesday and Friday, depending on the chocolate and wine consumption of one of its creators. - Richard Pulfer, Writer

As an American G.I. lands in the middle of what could likely been seen as Middle Earth, one thing's for sure: Talismen has guts. The team of Barb Jacobs and Steven P. Jones cleverly craft elements of "It" and "Hook" alike into a surreal world of fantasy strikingly familiar to our transplanted heroes. Through currently getting set up in its new keenspot digs, Talismen's emotional thrill-ride definitely bears watching. - Richard Pulfer, Writer
You know, usually when I read web comics, I find that I either love it or hate it. Van Von Hunter was a comic that I loved almost immediately. The quirky and random sense of humor has fed my creative process such that writing for Hector has never been a problem. (that came out wrong...I'm not stealing ideas, I'm just comforted to know that even when this strip falls into it's moments of complete nonsense, it will never be as crazy as VVH.) If you haven't read this strip yet. FOR SHAME! - Luke Perks, Producer
It's kinda about real life. If you can imagine such a thing. I can't, or atleast I've subconsciously closed that part of my brain off. Witch Doctor is a great little story about a med student growing up in a suffocating urban environment then, through treating 3rd degree burns on a meth dealer, finds his escape. A parable to the needs of our generation. The sons and daughters of the baby boomers. Cheers! (warning: contains adult situations and course language) - Luke Perks, Producer
